If a client has added my e mail to share her idea book,how do I get to

I need technical help to get to my clients idea book. She added my e mail but I have put in her name...and cannot seem to get her photos. Do I use her e mail address

You should receive an email with a link to the Ideabook. Tell your client to go to the Ideabook, click Collaborate, and then enter your email address. Once she does that, you should be able to have access to it.

She has added me. Where do I type in for access. . Tried typing her name in search but not finding her photos

It should show up in Your Houzz, but I'm not seeing it so she may have not finished the process. If you have her username, that would be the best way to find her profile.
