rustic frames for beach and nature finds
Like the rocks in the frames
Like the rocks in frames. Use museum glue to hold rocks in place
your family collected on vacation? Hang some thick, natural wood frames and rest the rocks inside. (Museum wax can help hold them in place.) It turns them into instant artwork and places them an unexpected spot.
These hefty frames were found at 14th Street Antiques Market, and are a good example
them on the frames I loved it!" Would you believe that these kitchen counters are teal Corian underneath? Williams had them treated with a special paint finish to look like limestone. She also had some of the upper cabinet doors removed to create open shelving.

Stylish Bedroom Makeover
update full of contrasts. White walls provide a backdrop for ebonized flooring, dark curtains, and strong painted stripes. A painted lampshade, DIY picture frames, and a side table made from a garden urn give the room a distinctive style.
Thanks for the question. This table is actually a DIY creation using a garden urn or unused side table with a terra-cotta saucer on top. We spray painted the table for a polished look. See the full instructions on slide 4 of our glam guest bedroom slideshow. http://www.lowescreativeideas.com/idea-l

I have 2 similar window panes that I would like to turn into picture frames like the one in your picture. What did you use to get picture to stay? The window panes that I have are heavy, what is the best method of hanging it?
I used picture hanging wire attached to the back of the frame with d-rings. I just used clear tape to keep the photos in the panes. Easy stuff:-)

Use of old window to frame photos
turquoise walls fit neatly into the cottage look here, thanks to the window-frame photo collage and the iron bedstead.

photos going up the staircase wall, using vintage frames with no glass
I'm trying to layout pictures along my stairs with a similar style but have no idea which pictures to use and how to lay out. I have mostly 8 x 10 pictures (and smaller) in frames so not sure if I should have some pics enlarged to make it more interesting
is the wall color used here? Also are the frames one color or various colors?
Did you paint these frames, and antique them yourself? Or are they store
These frames don't have backs to them so how do you make the photo stay? Do you mount it onto something?
agree on Costco- great prices for printing and for frames! Yes, definitely use a variety of sizes, but try to create cohesion by using similar frames/matts. I did a similar family gallery wall that also has both black & white and colour. The frames are all black of different thicknesses with crisp white
