Hi could you please tell me How you did your window seal? Is this one piece or did you add moulding to it. Right now mine is just a straight edge and I would really like something like this. Thanks.
for me. If you can sew or know someone who sews, it's not very difficult. I gave her the fabric, a drawing and dimensions and she brought it to life for me.
Love the print on the awning valance. Can you tell me where you got it or how I can order it?
Brilliant idea!!! I love it!
that way I can't instruct you on how to do that. Sorry I cant be of any help.
The awning was made for me. I had someone I know do it up for me. I gave her a drawing of what I wanted and the dimensions and she made it in no time. I used an old thin curtain rod for the front (cut

do you know what the color of these cabinets are?
I just wanted to say that this is just beautiful-and it seems (from what I've read) that you've done most of the work yourself. Congratulations on such a great job.
Wow! This looks exactly like I was thinking of doing to my cabinets! Did you put the raised edge on or did they come that way? My doors are flat, I would have to put a thin strip on myself. Sorry if you answered this question somewhere else, but I was wondering what color paint
was done by my hubby and myself. It was a long project but well worth it. Thanks for your lovely comment.
The stiles and rails are raised from the panel. The dark brown glazing is what gives the impression of grooves. It's just paint and glaze.

I want to do something like painted glazed shaker - not too traditional - this is beautiful
We want to use bead board as well but do not know
This moulding is actually a door stop moulding.. about 3/4 x 1-3/8" . Anything will do that is flat on the bottom and at the back. I didn't want anything too fancy because I didn't want anything to get trapped in the curves of the moulding. Simple is better I believe.
Kitchen look I could do, minus the awning...
Beadboard to the ceiling. Wouldn't this allow us to keep old cabinets? Do Silestone part way up backsplash?
black knobs and pulls, and yellow walls with black awning at window. Coleman house has corner windows, so don't know how to get this look on them. What do you think? I could continue the yellow at the living and dining rooms and keep my beautiful couch and black French Provincial chair and maybe get a new
