Tiny House
The ceiling was opened up in the main space, but the bathroom and bedroom have lower ceilings to accommodate the parent’s sleeping loft above, accessible by a walnut ladder. Photo by Lincoln Barbour.
A tiny house is usually anywhere from 90sq ft for the incredibly small (often just a studio space) to 450sq ft. When they sawwpswss Tiny House, they mean it - this isn't for people who have small homes and are complaining!

Gorgeous! What are the dimensions of this space, from the great room to the resource room, and including the kitchen and stairs?
Can you tell me where the side console table is from? Thanks! Beautiful space!
How long ago was this space completed? Is this homeowner staying here indefinitely? You've done an amazing job with the space.
to know the dimensions of the actual living space in which you centered the sectionals We have a 20x20 living room and I'm looking to replicate this opposing sectional look. I see the sectionals are 6' wide, so I am wondering if that will work for our space as well. Thanks you very much.
I love it too. It looks very stylish and comfortable. Sometimes it is forgotten people actually have to live in their spaces. :)

I want to make space on my kitchen for a little nook like this... how much space do I need?
The corner bench was custom built to fit the space.
I would like to know too. it looks custom, because it fits the space so well.
Love the modern vibe in that breakfast nook. What might also fit for a space like that is a contemporary concrete hanging-lamp. We work with
option for laundry rooms, considering the amount of moisture and heat that is usually generated in laundry rooms. To find an option best suited for your space, we recommend you look online at Ikea, the Container Store, etc. In closets, we generally do not recommend wire shelving, seeing as wire is more likely

Play/Guest House
This space has 12' ceilings. The loft is four feet high.
Loft access isn't too intrusive into the rest of the space
Mezanine good idea for kids play, keeps toys out of sight, clutter off the floor, while still part of the family room space, and the firepole is great.
Like the idea of a loft, open space and a big couch!
on. This helps the living space stay tidy, as toys and kit can remain out of sight on high, and allows children some privacy within the communal family area. The floor space below is then free to be converted into a small kitchen and bathroom. It’s a design that maximises space beautifully.

Great idea for a thinking space
ideal office with plenty of desk top space, a window with a view and a hammock inspired loft above
The garden shed had a loft space, which Browne wanted to include in the design — until a friend sent over a photo of a lofted net. Browne took one look and thought, “This is going to be cheaper” — not to mention more fun. Natural light also wouldn’t be affected, since the netting wouldn’t obstruct any
any of the office’s windows. Using 4-by-8 Douglas fir beams to frame the 8- by 11-foot space, Browne secured a construction safety net using I-hooks and an aircraft cable. Browne says the net has stretched out a little, but he finds it even more loungeworthy now. If Browne is working late, his two kids
