Has anyone figured out how to add a self-watering system to these troughs? Would be a great solution
reduce my bending while tending plants. I am sure they will require extra water and could get hot in the south. But for my zone 3 area, if they warm early
Did you add drains to these water troughs or do they come with a drain?
get that water wicked up to the planting soil for the roots to find it. That's the tricky part. I'm planning on getting some already self-watering planter
supply outlet, Ace Hardware, Tractor Supply. They won't have holes, but it's easy to have someone drill some holes, or if you do a "garden Lasagna" set up
It looks like they have a self watering system already. You could bury a hose, and run it up through the bottom
