countertops in my kitchen and in photographs it looks amazing, but up close you see all kinds of marks which drives me crazy. I love the black countertop look with white cabinetry but do not like how the stone reacts to liquids.
durable kitchen table is one that can withstand your family's day to day use, and your entertaining lifestyle without looking abused! If you have small kids, or use your kitchen table for homework, etc.. you probably would opt for a sturdy wood table that has plenty of room, but has solid construction

Define a space. Use a pair of corbels at the entry to a dining room or separate eat-in kitchen area. For added impact, paint the corbels a color that contrasts the wall.

panes in nook, table and ceiling are amazing. Must have a great view though. Would never, ever have these chairs.
include in my kitchen, but I don't know how kid-friendly the clear chairs are...might be alot of work to keep mucky fingers away!

L-shape kitchen with an island? A U-shape kitchen? Or do you have a galley kitchen? Do you have the space for an eat-in kitchen? Are you moving doors or changing windows? These plans don't have to detail where your pots, pans and silverware are going or what color the cabinets will be — not yet.
great help in getting started, but try to focus on the space plans before getting too caught up in what the kitchen is going to look like.Space plans can be rough — they're all about the best layout. have a kitchen with too much wood cabinetry and I wanted to bring down the wood look a notch by using tile or stone (vs panels or wainscoting) on a couple of the cabinet ends.
