the wood floors? That's exactly what we want!
a new floor. This was an 80-year-old, white oak floor to start. We do not know the brand of stain used, although it was "ebony" in color.

The rich color on the floor. Usually using ebony on red oak has a zebra look to it . This doesn't do that. H

mop the floors after they've been sanded and prior to stain application. i'm awaiting a response from my guys on how long they waited between damp mop and stain application. pretty sure it was a same day application, but it could have been a 12-hour scenario. be in touch! i think the red was severely
professional flooring crew. Otherwise, if you're doing it yourself....not sure what to recommend. You're on your own. I believe my crew dampened them and let them sit overnight before applying the stain the next day, or I could be mistaken and they dampened them and applied the stain several hours later

e the floors! What color is it and is it laminate or wood?
Am in the process of replacing carpet for dark floors, but I see any that I love yet. But I really like these in the pic. ~Bailey
The floors are standard red oak with a minwax stain mixture of ebony and jacobean. You will have to experiment with the stain combinations. The white cabinetry and stainless steel toe kicks make the floors appear darker, too.

in the floor, the TV, the wall surrounding the TV, the TV frame, the shelves and the chandelier. I guess they are all slightly different, yet they work together. The marble is "Portoro" which my dealers tell me is the rarest and extremely expensive now. All for Black!

Black floors that have a lot of grain, but it's muted and subtle. Would like a bit more shine than these though.
