are the counter stools from? Thanks!
Is that a concrete counter top? Or something else (on the island)?
These counter stools are from a favorite line of mine, called Bradshaw Kirchofer. Their pieces are solid wood with a variety of hand-rubbed finishes, both paint and stain. These are painted in Cream. Various retailers online carry their line. www.bradshawkirchofer.com. Thanks for your interest.

heart pine counters lend a farmhouse feel, the island's counter is a more contemporary concrete surface. The island is 10 feet long and incorporates a Shaw's Original Farmhouse sink, repurposed cabinets, and a pair of Miele dishwashers on one side, as well as seating on the other side.

are red counter stools are from? Thanks
I also have a small kitchen and was wondering what is the distance in this kitchen from the edge of the counter to the edge of the table?
What is the width of the counter with the sink and red barstools?
It looks wider than average. Also, was the base cabinet at left (facing the table) built extra-deep to make up for the extra counter width? Beautiful job! Thanks!
suggestions my counter top is a beigy color that just might get replaced
have on counter? Since, I can not see it clearly it may by either Calacatta or White Carrera or such. By the look of it, subway tile in matching white or a blend of white and light gray (spread sporadically) will be beautiful. How much counter space is there to the right of the prep sink? It looks like it's only a few
It looks like it's only a few inches, perhaps 3" or 4" to edge of counter. I'm planning on an island with the sink to one side (like this one). Prep sink is 17" x 17 " (exterior size) & needs at least a 21"

beyond the counter, similar to this photo, as well as a half wall on the left side. Do you think beadboard wainscoting would dovetail well with the backsplash? What do you think about the color of wainscoting matching the vanity and trim? This is similar to what I'm talking about: http://www.houzz.com
these and counters about the same size. I've heard that side sconces give best light for putting on makeup, but afraid three sconces won't be enough light. (Most sconces take 60w max bulb.) Should I use a 2- or 3-light fixture over each mirror in ADDITION to side sconces? Or is that overkill? Room size
is the counter top made of? Name color...
nickel. The counter is black, vanity cabinet, antique white with black pulls, birch colored tiles. We are considering the rest of the hardware in the room to be black. Towel racks, door knobs/hinges, frameless shower hardware, recessed light fixtures, etc. Is it ok to mix these finishes or do we need to match
