is an engineered flooring (which is actually better given it is such a light color!). Engineered flooring has a harder surface and doesn't dent, ding or dirty as quickly as real wood. Not to say I don't love real wood! This floor is from Kahrs. The color is Arctic oak. Here is a link to one vendor that
