I love this entry way but the wall could be lower
This is a nice way to give some dimension to the entry of the house without compromising the
entry way, open concept on the inner wall

Love this rug for entry way! Would love inside front door painted the same color!
Like the wainscoting in the entrance way and floor
a big way, show how interesting and fun you are, and make visitors feel welcome through a bold joyous rug. This one offers a terrific contrast against black-and-white flooring and becomes the focal point in unfurnished entry way. There is no piece of furniture that can add as much of a colorful punch
the door way. This is important because an entry way can have heavy traffic flow and you don't want any one tripping over the sides of a small rug as they pass through.

at each entry doesn't have to be complicated...
in this entry is the battered — but absolutely perfect — piece of wood that has been made into a coatrack. I love how the dark wood of the pegs relates to the bench and ties these disparate pieces together.
front entry is the one you use most often, a spot where you can pull up and take off your shoes is very handy. A bench — even a backless one that can double as a coffee table sometimes — is a great option.A simple coatrack holding totes, a scarf and a hat adds interest at eye level here.
