The marble is polished and no complaints from the homeowners. They use mats when showering
water spotting depends on many factors including density of natural stone, type of sealer, how long sealer has been applied, water type and composition, and amount of time water has been left to sit. So, yes water can and will spot all natural stone

Isn't here a problem with a window in a shower?
very long pulls that are not in the middle of the door (mine wd be like this & it looks fine)
One long sink rather than two separate sinks
however, those lights are exceptionally elegant and lend a romantic, mythical air to the room. I'd really like to see them in a kitchen or maybe in a long hallway, and I'd be intrigued to see the frames in a different finish.

to what you've done here (just the one sink, no middle). The vanity will be up against the wall to the right but not to the left, to accommodate the shower door opening. Need some design help! Do you think it would look better to subway tile up the wall to a chair rail and have that be the backsplash or
