more of a yellow than a cream but not as lemony a yellow as Weston Flax. America's Heartland doesn't seem to have the greenish cast that I saw in my large sample of Summer Harvest. It's so important to have a large sample board! Hope that is helpful!
with a grain of salt - I'm not a designer. :-). One more thought, if you want a more cream-like color, you cold look at some of these BM Historical colors: HC-30 Philadelphia cream, HC-36 Hepplewhite Ivory. They're shown in some Houzz photos and look nice. A little too light for me, though.
