For your ultimate farmhouse kitchen, did you also use granite? What is the name of that gorgeous countertop?
Hi, I would very much appreciate knowing the floor to ceiling height of the kitchen. I would like to do a similar cabinet design. Thanks
Please advise what is the cabinet height supporting your farmhouse sink. I love this idea instead of mounting it the traditional way.

This looks like a divided farmhouse sink? Who is the manufacturer?
Hi! Your kitchen looks dreamy
We have the same cabinets in our kitchen. Our sink base is for a drop-in sink but we are going to replace ours with the apron sink base and likely a copper apron sink. The previous owners

Wilshire Kitchen, Portland (Photo: Matt Niebuhr)
Designed for a 1930s Portland, OR home, this kitchen remodel aims for a clean, timeless sensibility without sacrificing the space to generic modernism. Cherry cabinets, Ice Stone countertops and Heath tile add texture and variation in an otherwise sleek, pared down design. A custom built-in bench works
works well for eat-in breakfasts. Period reproduction lighting, Deco pulls, and a custom formica table root the kitchen to the origins of the home. All photos by Matt Niebuhr. www.mattniebuhr.com

I'm getting ready to remodel my kitchen and I am torn between using paneling or planks. I've read that you can have shrinkage on the planks.
I have a similar kitchen and was wondering what paint finish you used for the beadboards...and for the cabinets?
Because this is in a fairly narrow walkway between the formal dining room and the kitchen (the aisle is only about 3 feet wide), the base cabinets are made at 21" deep, but they are still kitchen height, finishing at 36". The area used to be an old butler's pantry with small, low countertops
:) forgot I posted this last year. Since then someone told me that planks were better. I put T&G bead boards on the one side of my kitchen island. The pieces left over are the perfect height for me to also use it as a backsplash for under one of my wall cabinets to our new cabinet cabinet
