Where can I buy this fence???
What about the gate opening? There's no additional fencing. Can't the deer enter the garden there?
I would love to have a fenced in garden.

Garden. i like the fenced in idea
want to be able to see and enjoy your own garden), you can make a regular garden fence taller by attaching netting to taller poles, in effect making a taller (but nearly invisible) fence. Another option is to make your fence significantly wider by planting large hedges along one side — deer cannot jump as
making it quite difficult to keep them out of garden beds using normal fencing. A solid privacy fence is ideal because it blocks the deer’s view of your tasty plants — it’s not likely deer will jump into an area if they can’t be sure it is safe. If privacy fencing is not desirable (for instance, you want

Is the wood on this fence stained or painted?
If squirrels are a problem we can completely enclose the garden system.
That is a 16 x 16 fully enclosed garden system. It stands approx 7 1/2 feet tall. We used vinyl coated 2 in x 4 in fencing overlaid with 1/2 in x 1/2 in vinyl coated hardware cloth.

Vegetable Gardens
Gardens of every sort are an opportunity to enjoy the beauty found outdoors, including the often over-looked vegetable garden. The use of a fence or enclosure of some sort is helpful in keeping the gardens fruits safe from the occasional dig-happy pet as well as less welcome marauders such as rabbits
rabbits and deer. By enclosing the space the fence itself helps to create its own little world within.

on how you achieved this fence?
It's a great idea. I've been looking for something easy, low cost and good looking for my garden. This would help keep my dogs in their yard and my chickens out of my veggies!
I was wondering if you knew what type of fence this is called...?
material outside the fence, but is that pea gravel or crushed stone?
Anything in the design to keep gophers(or prairie dogs) from digging under the fence?
Looks very nice! What's the height of the fence?
Garden area that keeps the chickens out...?

Was fencing designed to deter deer?
I've all but given up on such a garden because of the deer. Is this structure tall enough and strong enough to keep
of the entire garden? This is BEAUTIFUL!!!
Did you use 4x4 and 1x's for building this? Is that a wire in the same area you have the garden tools hanging from, what's on top of it?
You must have built a beautiful entry for this garden. Any way we could
Love the fence, could you tell me what the posts measure?
sure to ask the fencing person before you buy - they might have a few ideas too.
A couple I know has a fenced raised bed garden. The fence is only 4' tall but what keeps the deer out is they pick up all their dog poop around the inside fenced area and place it around the perimeter fence line. The deer

Where does one purchase the metal wire fence/screen material?
love this fence. It is perfect for gardening in your yard. How would you make a fence like this and where would you start? There are so many different ways to build a fence. Hopefully I can get one fixed soon. I have been looking into fencing vancouver for some extra help.
very nice, I have similar type of fence, but the post are made up of metals..I am talking about this type fence http://a-1fenceproducts.com/a1-unico.htm
You could find mesh materials in a number of places--hardware stores or lumber yards are a good start. You can also talk with a local fence builder or carpenter and they may be able to give you some ideas. Good luck!
