This siding is an integral color fiber cement product called 'Cembonit'. I believe that it is no longer distributed in the US. 'Swisspearl' or 'Minerit' would be similar products. Thanks for asking.
This siding is an integral color fiber cement panel called Cembonit, but it is no longer
Hi. Whether you see the fasteners or not depends on the type of fiber cement product you're using. 'Hardieplank' is a horizontal lapped siding, and if it's smaller in profile, the nails are under the overlap, so you don't see them. 'Hardiepanel' comes in big sheets, and you will see the fasteners.
Typically these are painted out the color of the siding, so they go away. The product above is an integral color fiber cement called 'Cembonit'. This siding comes with color matched fasteners, and they don't really stick out. Good luck with your project!

Two scales of fiber cement panels.
Two sizes and colors of fiber cement panels cover this guest house. Dark floats above light. This is an inversion of what we might expect, but one that is "righted" by the size of the siding and the panels, small above large.

Large fiber cement panels and bricks
Color it modern and bold. Available in large, smooth panels, fiber cement board is ideal for the exterior of a modern house. The rectangular grid created by the joints between panels gives the exterior structure and order. The ability to finish the material in any color enabled the architect of this
