It shows the ceiling is actually designed to be vaulted - with a flat portion over the doors at 14ft.
That doesn't tell me the fireplace dimensions or the stone type used? I did find out the ceiling are 14ft. But that house plan was of no help on the fireplace.
This is Plan 2459 - The Terrebonne; this particular home was lovingly built by Blazer Development of Portland, OR - and was featured in the Street of Dreams. Hope we can help you find the home of yours!

under your flooring, it is inexpensive, adds to resale value, and it's comfy (: and as for duct work I have the same problem, if your ceilings are too small to add a drop ceiling in the basement to hide it, they make at lowes a variety of options, where you just pin it straight to the ceiling, it doesn't

An open floor plan: When you have limited space, open it up so that you can enjoy the views and conversations from the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
Open floor plans don't mean that you can't create nooks. Try placing a sofa or bed horizontally under a window for the perfect nap and reading spot. The short wall at the back of this seating area creates just enough of an enclosure to feel secluded and safe.More on how to create a nest
