These are Tulips. They are bulbs that are planted in the fall and bloom in the spring. The pink ones are Tulip 'Angelique' and the white ones are Tulip 'Tacoma'. I hope this helps.

Those are cosmos, potato vine, impatiens and I think...verbena.

'Sedona' and I believe the trailing silver plant is Lotus maculatus (common name Lotus vine or Parrots Beak) It can have orange or red flowers.

Looking at the tiny picture on my phone I am going to say its some silver mound artemesia trailing out of that pot. Silver mound gets a little leggy in the shade, which looks to be the case here.
