this is a really big fountain, but a small one in the garden area between garage and sidewalk would be pretty. Plant drought tolerant plants around it and put in decomposed granite or pea gravel. You can put in small succulents to start out as they grow quickly

Wisteria floribunda, though you it is not in flower, the variety used is 'Domino'.
The green plants are American Boxood. The white planters are from Haddonstone.
