The frames were found at flee markets and antique shops, all different colors, and I just sprayed them all white :D

I have 2 similar window panes that I would like to turn into picture frames like the one in your picture. What did you use to get picture to stay? The window panes that I have are heavy, what is the best method of hanging it?
