Log Cabin by Lake
Yes we over seed with a shade tolerant mix of fescues. We also add lime and transplant fertilizer in the spring. The shade tolerant grasses are also ok in the sun and you can use a perennial rye if you want a faster growing lawn with less drought tolerance. Thanks for asking.

Love the drape/shade material! Where is it from?
Thank you - the drapery and shade fabric are Manuel Canovas, sold through Cowtan & Tout in Chicago.
The shhers were exisitng in this home - however I did the roman shades and drapery for this room. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
Drop curtain on small window & curtain with dantell on big door
Same pattern on shade and drape.... nice
use of matching opaque shades with curtain
drapery and roman shade exhibit beautiful transitional styling. The mix of window treatment styles is most appropriate when using the same fabric on different types of openings. For example, you will want to use drapery around French doors because of their functionality, while a roman shade will provide light

wall covering on the window treatment emphasizes the arched tub opening and adjacent cabinetry, not the shade. Style tip: This effect works just as well with solid colors. Choose a fabric in a shade similar to your paint color to emphasize other architectural elements in a room.
