I'm installing a 36" Bertazzoni stove, would this narrow hood work?
(and I'm not a faucet expert but have been looking at the Grohe line way too much), but this looks like a Grohe Concetto. The Minta has a horizontal tube shape where the lever is attached, if you see what I mean.

Thanks btv2014 and Liz for your kind remarks. I truly value your comments and I'm glad to help anyway I can. It's very satisfying for me to share my knowledge with all who appreciate good design. Louis Pereira :: thirdstone inc. [^]

Hello Who designed/made the island? I'm torn between 2 tier vs 1 tier. This one seems to give the best of both worlds.
I'm sorry, I'm the photographer who photographed the kitchen for the cabinet maker so I have no way of finding that out. I don't know who did the tile work.

I'm considering putting a claw foot tub in a space currently occupied by a regular tub that needs replacing. It is a guest bath. This is a forever home and I'm wondering if I'll regret the spaces behind the tub and the problems cleaning
cleaning around it. A claw foot would fit and goes with the mood I'm trying to create in the house but since I'll be aging here I'm wondering if it will be too much later. Any comments?
I'm about to buy a condo with powder blue walls throughout. So not me. I may have to hire a painter. Can you give me ideas for decorating a living room with this color? I can't see brown or black furniture

Hi Pharmchic, The fixture was existing...we reused it. I'm not quite sure
Ruth, I'm looking at the same solution. We bought this post war 1950's house 5 years ago and what started as a "can we replace 4 windows with a french door and 2 side lite windows" has turned into a whole house remodel. We've been going back and forth about the single bathroom. I'm of the opinion
opinion we replace the tub with a large shower with two heads, body wash and steam unit. My wife keeps going back to a tub and a shower.......... I'm tired of the discussion. Solution is to extend the bathroom with a bump out of 4', build the shower where the tub is now and place a free standing tub in
