I'd like to do a cabinet similar to this; is the washer/dryer cabinet vented in anyway? I was looking at the spec requirements and they indicate venting is required e.g. a mesh or slats about the size of a air/heat register.
for the washer/dryer custom made? Where can i find these?
Washer/dryers can be noisy! I am thinking about combining the laundry room with a living space but I am concerned about the noise factor? Any thoughts please?

What is the cabinet depth of the cabinets over the front load washer/dryer?
And take the detergent dispenser out between loads and let it dry. Also, use an old towel to dry out the gasket around the door. Sounds like a hassle, but takes seconds and prevents odor!

What has been the experience of having stacked washer/dryer? Does the top dryer stay put?
I have 'doubters' in my family that think the top dryer will get displaced and shift on the washer - as well as the action of the bottom washer creating 'shifting movement' for the top
top dryer. Please share your thoughts and suggestions so we can be assured of avoiding accidents. Thank you kindly.

I want to do this, but would like to know where to position gas shut off as well as water valves so that there is good access. Also, is it possible to plug in the appliances and then push them into
The washer dryer barely fit. We had to remove the door stop and reinstall with decorative washers in case the washer dryer needed to be removed. Also consider a stainless steel disaster pan under the washer dryer in case a hose or the washer ever fails. If on a second floor a flood can do a lot
