what are the name of these plants?
Hi angryredhead thanks so much for giving the names of the plants.....i really appreciate it.
From what I can see, they look to be Euphorbia rigida (Gopher Plant), Senecio vitalis (Blue Chalk Fingers), Anigozanthos flavidus (Kangaroo Paw), Agave attenuata (Fox Tail Agave), and some sort of ornamental
ornamental grass. The blooming Euphorbia rigida (Gopher Plant) is what makes the biggest statement.
I love the way the slope was designed , the green plants make it really come out nicely
love the plantings in every way
may be an idea for front yard with full sun
to the sheer mass of a single plant. The monochromatic scheme is at its peak in late spring, but since the grasses and spurge are evergreen, in many zones the structure will remain in a hot, sunny spot like this throughout the year.

talking about iron and zinc (if using galvanized steel). Both of which are found naturally in soil. I would be more concerned about the plant seeds and/ or plant starts you use. More specifically: what is their origin, are they gmo or were chemicals used to cultivate them? I would ask similar questions

Try backyard chicRust ’n’ roll living is summed up by these oxidised troughs, long exposed to the elements. Fill with leafy plants rich in purples, silvers and muted greens to hit just the right Derek Jarman-esque note.
