I am looking for an obscure glass shower screen without the green tinge. Is this glass low iron? Thanks.
This particular example was priced at around the £7,000 mark but this figure can change dramatically depending on finishes and the size and number of glass panels. a shower door with 1/2" tempered glass. The glass ceiling allowed me to light it with spots on the 10'0" ceiling for light. The inspector required wet area lights still, however, they aren't needed for safety. He was being overly cautious. The ceiling's frosted glass made dust less visible, so reduced
3/8" - 1/2" tempered glass gives a strong glass door. Check with your local building code, as you must meet its requirements. Here's my supplier (to get some ideas on clear vs frosted vs designed and on door size/thickness). http://denverglassinteriors
rameless+Shower+Doors Also, I've used 1/2" tempered glass, frosted with a small grid design, as a ceiling in a 5'0"x5'0" steam shower to keep the steam unit size reasonable (price/physical size). The shower height was 8'0" in a 10'0" room. Glass ceiling was laid on a 6" support around the edges, tile

Can you tell me what type of glass was used in this pocket door? Was it reed, cord, or perhaps cannes? Thank you
privacy than this provides, also consider a White Laminated Glass, which we would call a Style #L100 with White Lami Glass by Supa Doors. Best of luck!!
The glass is often also referred to as "frosted" glass. When you order this type of glass, careful to make sure it doesn't fingerprint that easily
easily. We do a lot of these barn style and pocket glass doors for private homes and hotels (very popular for upscale hotels now), and the glass can vary in terms of how it's made and the opacity (how much light comes through). Deciding how much privacy you want will be an important question to ask

Kids bathroom has a sunken bathtub with open shower opposite. Frosted glass separates sink/toilet and shower/bath areas. Slate tile floors are rugged and water resistant.
One panel looks like low iron glass, one not. Is that the case, lighting, what? Trying to sort out what to buy in our remodel. Thanks!!!
Starphire glass usually comes clear since the main reason for low iron is increasing the clarity...but you could do frosted and use the Starphire to eliminate the slight greenish tint of regular glass. This job did not use starphire, just regular frosted glass.
