This original Charlotte, North Carolina, Craftsman house got a second floor in its remodel. A double front gable with a cross side gable over a porch defines the original structure. this would cost? I am about to renovate a 1960 cape cod/farmhouse that is very similar. 1657 sq ft now but will add another 1000 sq ft by adding a second story for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Thanks!
