What zone is this garden in? (And I am also waiting to find out which plants were used as already asked
think the white flowers in front are annual vinca (Catharanthus roseus), sometimes called Madagascar periwinkle. The purple spikes look to be annual salvia 'Victoria', and the tall orange flowers I think are annual Mexican Sunflower. All thrive in full sun.
I think the orange flower is an annual called
(Tithonia rotundifolia). Planted in spring after all danger of frost, it can easily grow to 6' tall in a matter of months. It's a great plant for cut flowers and attracting butterflies, especially Monarch.

The small tree to the left of the rose garden is a Dwarf Korean Lilac on standard. There are actually four of them framing the space. The low hedges are Green Velvet Boxwoods and the taller sheared
