in to get over wall problem, add led lights either side
Love the sculpture. I'd love something like this in one of the gardens.
Here, although open to the garden, this outdoor bath has a feeling of seclusion due to the palms overhead and surrounding subtropical planting. The sculpture also partially screens the bath which is built onto a simple timber platform so that water can drain freely into the garden surrounds.

Yes, this is a japanese maple tree. I have one like it in my yard. It actually turns several colors throughout the year - light green, deep green, bronze, blood red.

How to use it. Mass it as a ground cover Edge a planting bed or path Accent a green wall or living roof Mix it in a container garden Dot it into a rock garden If you mass blue fescue, be sure to place the plants close together (10" or so); it will not fill in.
Blue appears most often in the garden through foliage. Here, steel-tone blue fescue breaks up a lake of green, adding interest with its puffy little mounds of stiff grasses.
