Was the pool designed merely for reflection , or is it deep enogh to swim in? What are the pool specs? Just now noticing the candles in the pool seem to be sitting on the floor, illusion or shallow?
Planing on creating a reflecting pool in the garden to replace the fish pond. Love this.
Designer Supon Phornirunlit looks for inspiration on his world travels. A Thai hotel lobby's reflecting pool inspired him to lose his high-maintenance plant collection on his deck in Washington, D.C., and replace it with a shallow

I don't recall specifically as this house was designed nearly 10 years ago. I think the best bet would be either Texas Leuters (sp?) limestone or Palomino limestone. Contact Tom Ricondo at Orange County Stone at (949) 566-9809. He has been the wholesale source for the stone on most of my projects
