Hazelton Lanes, Yorkville
I like the wood floors contracting against the butterfly chairs. I like the sofa against the wall which defines the space.
Love this space, everything on it is cool

front reflects a centrally organized plan, while in back, the broad porch and its oversize Doric columns knit together the interior rooms with the spaces of the lush, mature landscape. The restrained palette - grey outside, taupe inside - provides an elegant backdrop to relaxed summer living. David

Grays, black, and beiges. Like the dark shower wall with lighter floor. Too dark overall for our space but beautiful.

Actually, it is Senecio mandraliscae (Kleinia). This succulent gained its popularity in Southern California gardens recent years, because it is drought tolerant & water wise groundcover. Also, Senecio serpens (Blue Chalksticks) is another choice if you are looking

How can I purchase this or a similar floating console? It is perfect for my small NYC entry way! Thank you, G
This art work is from John Berggruen Gallery in San Francisco: www.berggruen.com The artist is Bruce Cohen, and it's a small oil painting.
It was custom-built for this specific space, but you can certainly contact the designer to see if she ever does work in NY. It is such a beautiful and functional modern take on the entry console
floating furniture good because the more floor space seen in small apartment the bigger it feels
little box does so much in the small space it inhabits. It floats more than 18 inches above the floor, providing a spot to store shoes. It has many nooks and cubbies for organized placement of keys, notes, and change, and it even has a small floating shelf for small flower or framed picture displays

Are the panels tempered glass or acrylic panels??? How thick are they??? I've used Acrylite panels (from Tap Plastic) for some outdoor small art projects, but not sure if using them for a fence gate (our next project) is a good idea. Acrylic doesn't weather over the years like I assume glass
What are the dimensions of the glass panels and what was the spacing?
Fencing options around M\private master pool/garden
the clean garden - multi stem tree, low plants surround. Almost barren
By slightly spacing each horizontal panel, the designer created an interesting see-through effect. This detail pairs beautifully with the dark-stained wood posts and more traditional fencing at the left.
Not so simple to install yourself, these glass panels allow light into the garden yet maintain
