The light pink flowers on the edge are dianthus, and I agree with Helen that the dark pink looks like thrift. The really dark deep pink flowers a little further back are peonies

What are the blue flowers? Is that an indigo salvia? And is it perennial? Thanks.
The blue flowers in the center of the bed are Salvia guaranitica 'Black and Blue'. They are an annual in our climate, but perennials in zones warmer than zone 7.
