Cosmos. Though difficult to clearly see the bright orange flowers may be lilies, possibly tiger lilies. Hope this helps a bit. It's a very pretty flower garden though needs some pruning.
Could you list the plants/herbs/flowers in this garden?
Ear. The plant behind it with lavender flowers spreading out is Cat Mint. Under the first window looks like Russian Sage. On the left side the first few plants I'm unable to see clearly. But you can see a small Rose bush with pale, possibly cream colored flowers. Next to that are tall pink perennials
