“I have a 55" inch wide shower and I can only seem to find 60" doors - would they work or do I need to have something custom made to fit 55"?

My only question has to do with the placement of valve and shower head. Since the door opening is on the left side, it seems that the most logical placement of valve would be on the left side as well. But that would require moving supply lines all across the shower. So”
