Connect parts of the house with enclosed walkways.
architectural glass walls to keep light coming in and maybe move hvac column as well
vacation house for a group of friends. With this situation it was necessary to create private suites in addition to the communal spaces. A glass-enclosed walkway connects these two parts of the project.

yes i think there are glass panels, the spce in between panels are spaced so near. I dont believe the architect is that irresponsible :)
Any local glass company can supply the appropriate thickness of glass.

what is the material and structure of this glass floor? I assume it is safe but how will it hold up? Really like it! Worried about scratches from dog paws and rocky
The structure is custom, but the glass floor itself is relatively common. The glass has a " frit " on it to make it non slip. more scratch resistant ( because they aren't as visible ) , and also not as transparent.
