there are glass panels, the spce in between panels are spaced so near. I dont believe the architect is that irresponsible :)

what is the material and structure of this glass floor? I assume it is safe but how will it hold up? Really like it! Worried about scratches from dog paws and rocky boots.
but the glass floor itself is relatively common. The glass has a " frit " on it to make it non slip. more scratch resistant ( because they aren't as visible ) , and also not as transparent.
