Questions53
is "super white quartz" a granite or marble? Or another type of stone? How stain resistant is it?
So Seriously... I really am in a time crunch and LOVE the Island granite and have to make a decision by end of the week
Super White is a Quartzite. Quartz is man made. Quartzite is a natural stone quarried like granite or marble. It tends to look like marble, but it typically harder than granite. It will not stain, but you should still seal it once a year.
That quartz is gorgeous! It has the character and movement which makes granite visually appealing, but in the superior quality and composition that quartz delivers.
used that material on a number of jobs but different vendors call it different things---Here in Columbus OH Stone Mart calls it super white, Mont Granite calls it Donna Sandro. Check both locations---I think they have yards throughout the US
