Are the tiles on the roof decorative?
Dear Selley could you please share the plan map of this sweet home
Shelly I have a similar sized home built in 1926 that has structural damage. I may need to rebuild a new home would it be possible to get the plans for this home sent as an attachment to my facebook message. I'd like my contractor to look at it.
Hi there! I'm glad you like the home, but I don't have a detailed plan of this home. I photographed this cute bungalow. The homeowners took down a major wall in the kitchen so it's been altered from the original. Wish I could help, but good luck with your home.
Great if you are sizing down.

door, arches and brick accents of the larger homes. Flat roofs were more common in Spanish bungalows and were influenced by simple colonial homes. Unlike the builders of the elaborate mission churches, colonial settlers had fewer resources, so their homes often had flat roofs, mud plaster walls and vigas

great incorporation of steel and wood, the chair reminds me of the stools we sat on in art class
We found this great industrial fixture at Beau Holland Studio at ADAC. It is an antique pendant, most likely from a French factory.

whole room is gorgeous, yes the black cabinet, it reads a dark blue grey on my computer, the same colour as my couches. The floors are great too are they original? You have done an amazing job on your whole house! Impressive. Thanks so much for sharing!

Great Kitchens
These award-winning kitchens represent luxury at its finest. These are just a sample of the many custom homes we have built as a custom home builder in Austin, Texas.
backsplash itself is simple travertine, available most anywhere. The wrought iron on top was made by a local artist, but I bet you could find it in a home decor store...just might have to hunt a bit. Take your tape measure. :)
Great kitchen! What is the paint color(s)?
It's a faux copper finish. It's very convincing, though! This was a Parade Home, and most people thought it was real copper.
They may not carry it anymore. This home was built in 2010, and the model numbers have all certainly changed. Sorry about that.

tile, i would love some for the future home i'm planning out.
Are the ceilings 8' or 9', also, the beams, how are they made and how far apart before the next one, assuming they go into the dining or great room area. Thank you.
Can you share where the decor on the countertop came from? Thanks!
Where can I find the chrome fruit on the counters? These would look great on my kitchen counters.
I am still trying to figure out what the hardware for the drawer pulls and handles are, I found the cabinet maker site and they had a bunch more great photos of the kitchen and living room but no info on the cabinet hardware. I love this this kitchen!
usually one of my favorites..but this one is great......
I was in the house at the parade of homes and the floors are wood. Reclaimed if I recall
