love the floor! Is it paint? What color?
back wall of the house was opened up to the rear porch addition. The porch ceiling is 7ft and the main house ceiling is 10ft. We had to level the floor joists with blocks on the porch due to rot and termite damage. But, that is temporary because the termite damage is extensive and the whole addition
the steps are dinged up and the paint sits lower.
Yes, that's paint. Painted that color over a light blue hoping that as the green wore through the blue would show. That's Behr paint. Don't recall the color...
layering paint on the floor. I have another Civil War Era home in the north, the staircase came already distressed when I tried to refinish them and found 5 layers of different colors under dark brown. I left them that way for now and my family thought I was crazy. I doubt I can get all the paint off the

Go green on your floors for some unexpected bold color underfoot.
Kitchens are another place where flooring may change. This bright apple green looks spectacular next to the light natural color of the wood. The

Paint file cab/ keep one - one in storage room
How much fun is this space? I could definitely work here! Pops of vibrant color mix well with the white walls and floor. All you need is a little paint and lots of imagination to achieve this look.

What colours did you paint on the other walls to compliment this mural?
is that you can keep the rest of your decor minimal. All eyes will be drawn to the walls, so it doesn't matter if your sofa's a little tired or your floor's a little dusty (The same principle works with fashion, incidentally; a spectacular hat or eye-popping lipstick shade will draw the eye away from areas
A daybed (or two) makes a lovely sofa. And it is easily transformed with paint, new covers or fresh throw pillows. This is perfect for the fickle among us.

bright, warm greens. Try a painted floor for a cheerfully unexpected touch in the study or kitchen. Paint thrifted wooden furniture or old wine crates spring green to liven up a white interior, or paint the walls of your breakfast nook the hue of a fresh leek.
Retro. If it’s lime green you love it

the color of the floor in this photo! What shad of green is that?
Is it floor paint, interior, exterior? What was the process to get that faded look, it looks almost like a watered down wash? I cant wait to find out! :) Thanks
Did you use an oil based paint and it appears
Hello - I love your painted floor! I'm wondering how you transitioned from the painted floor to the other floor (stained wood, I believe?). Is there some sort of transition moulding there? Thanks very much!
It's exterior paint. It has a light shade of blue with that green on top with the hope that as it wears, the blue starts to show through. However, that green has been hardy. It was a Behr paint; don't recall the color (sorry!).
