Reclaimed Rustic Bathroom
an old house I'm renovating. The Bath will be made from an 8.5' x 9.5' room and will also include stacked washer/dryer. I want to put the shower in the corner with no additional walls. Your picture here shows a linear drain - and no curtain! Does this entire bath floor have waterproof membrane under
under all the tile [or just in shower area]? Is the bath floor outside the shower area sloped at all [toward the drain]? Is the slope inside the shower area sloped differently than a conventional shower with curb and walls? I've got plenty of experience laying tile and can do it myself, as long as
due to code you will have to slope the bath from left to right or the slope requirements given a full bath shower pan be a trip getting into the room. This is more of a problem in an old house unless your going to replace the

The new owners program included a guest bedroom suite and an office. The owners wanted the addition to express their informal lifestyle of entertaining small and large groups in a setting that would recall their worldly travels. Small sink but larger counter in master bath...
Displaying additional rolls of toilet tissue is not always a great look in a guest bath, but when discretely displayed in an open vanity you can give your guests peace of mind when the last square gets used and keep them from riffling through your doors and drawers.

I love the design of the tile in the bath tub. What kind of tile is it?
welcome. We just redid our bathroom and our went with the Americh Turo because it was 18 inches high instead of 20 or 22. It's deep enough for a nice bath, but a nice height to step over. We're really happy with the Americh Turo. However, it is not a drop in like this one appears in the picture. Ours is

What is the tile in the bath?
identical sides. 1. How is the reaching in to turn on/off the water, adjust temperatures, plug/unplug the tub stopper? 2. How much water do your guests splash onto the floor outside the tub? I am TORN ... I really don't want a curtain, nor do I want a full slider.
May I please know what were the floors in this beautiful bath? I love your design. If you have a picture of the floor, I would really appreciate it. Thank you sincerely. Have a nice day!
This is a tricky situation. This bathroom is a very light use guest bath and that is a 100% wood window, not vinyl. It works because of the low use (guest bath). If you have wood windows in a shower that is used frequently you might want to consider vinyl - wood
