do you have design plans you can share?
I'm designing mine and cannot decide whether i should have the bench height at 18 or 16"? I'm 5'-3". I'm thiking
I need a open floor design
The openings are approximately 16"w x 12" d x 12"h(the bottom cubby is 16"W x 12" d x 14"h). If you are designing this from scratch, we would suggest finding the basakets first and then design the cubby size around them. Please let us know if you have any additional questions
I would really like to help you with a design consulation. However therre are so many factors that come into play when selecting paint, that I would not be able to give you my educated opinion
It was provided by Melanie Eberts from "Art Andes" in Minneapolis, MN 651-430-1848. She does amazing designs!

Is it specifically designed for kitchens, or is it the same as a bathroom towel bar?
This was a custom design for this client. If you would like us to design something similar for your kitchen, please contact info@kendallwilkinson.com Also you can find similar options here: http://shop
The towel bar is the same style used in bathrooms. Look for options that are 18" long. Restoration Hardware and Waterworks have some great options in this size.
Counters flat to "bar area" - stools under small lip. Back access to cabinet in corner.

Open the barn door. There was no good way to use a traditional swing door in this layout, so Jeff Murphy of Murphy & Co. Design opted for this painted poplar sliding one. It closes off either the closet or the entire room depending on its position."It also adds some fun barn-door-style

exterior staircase to the second story. The home had small, cramped bathroom and kitchen spaces. Solution: The new homeowner wanted to recombine the single family home by rebuilding the interior staircase. We also brought the kitchen and bathrooms up to the needs of the contemporary family including custom
including a double closet connecting their rooms (separated by a saloon style door), a miniature library under the staircase, and a submarine-inspired bathroom. A locally commissioned large-scale artwork was installed behind the staircase that reflected the family’s story and personality. Result: Two apartments
in europe. I read this is a family home how have steps served them?Anyone with opinion? Is the carpet more dangerous or the lack of rail. Its a hard design decision.Anyone have experience with these steps?

don't know the exact color, but I recently painted my bathroom and this is the photo I used as my inspiration color - I used Sherwin Williams Halycon Green and it is near an exact match. Only difference is I have no natural light in that bathroom, but it looks just like this with the white trim and cabinetry
Here are some others that coordinate with it. Please contact me if interested. I have access to this line (as well as 1500 others!!) and great pricing/service. call me @ 336-822-3000 ext 2781 Barbara

What do you use to access the high cabinets?
The design team took some inspiration from The Farnsworth House and used a central core to hold the kitchen, bathroom and closets, and to divide the main living space from the bedroom. A strict color palette throughout
This houseboat is a good example of a home where the footprint of the kitchen needed to be minimized. Like the previous example, it is a handsome design that fits well on one side of the living space. Also, this layout illustrates one change since the days of the middle of the 20th century, when the
