A local upholsterer should be able to make a piece like this. Take the picture to an upholstery shop and ask for center button tufting with pleated skirt. Hope that helps. This appearsbto be about 30" in diameter. Charmean Neithart

The buttons you see are basically screw head covers sometimes referred to as standoff's. The mirror installer/provider typically provides this type hardware. For smaller mirrors it is possible to simply use mirror mastic to adhere to substrate and eliminate exposed hardware. Check out C.R. Lawrence
What kind of hardware was used here to hang the mirror? I'm looking for similar "button" type hangers that can go into plywood behind our mirror (to float it), but the only ones I can find are meant for using on the edge of the mirror
