“fabric is from Kravet, and called "Riad" in color: Jet Black....it's one of our favorites, and actually cant tell from the photo - but the black pattern is embroidered over the white base, so it has a beautiful three dimensional, textural feel!”

“14'-2" is from in back of where the photo is taken to the single window wall. the 12'-5" is from the double window wall to the left of the shower.
The toilet room is 5'-2"x6'-10".
