floor tile is from? And what colour of grout was used? Thanks!
ceramic hexagon. To simulate this grout color, use a soft, warm gray.
Thanks to Benjamin Moore, original wall and floor tile and our great photographer Bradley M Jones! The original ceramic wall and floor tiles (1908) had a beautiful soft off white

What tile was used for the wainscoting?
Marble tile available in 2x2" Hexagon (pictured below) for $10.95 a square foot: http://www.thebuilderdepot.com/cmh-2x2-hex.html And then there is also the option of a 1x1" Hexagon for perhaps a shower floor (more grout = less chance of slipping) but keeping the same look.
