I really like the curb appeal of this home, very well done!! I am interested in learning more about the siding. Is the siding real cedar shakes or some form of cement board? I will be remodeling a home soon and really like this look. I also wonder if I need to worry about

Found this pic under modern modular homes. Is It really a modular?? If so what is cost of building it in Louisiana ? Love it!

This was not a modular home. It must have been mislabeled. It cost about $221.oo sq. ft. in Portland Oregon about 4 years ago.
