Note on the plans and drawings where spices, pots and pans, silverware and utensils will go. At this stage, it's not just about the practical and functional. “architect designed tongue & groove into the home, however, our builder is concerned with the weather (expanding/shrinking) that we will experience rotting underneath. Any thoughts or suggestions? Ours does not have the 1.5" reveal cut.
