This design looks very clean. I like this design because the accents can be placed on the pieces. I do however worry about guests that can't keep things clean so I would choose furniture

This home was set up by a 'staging' company, so I don't know what the furniture brands are. It was a 'spec' home that a developer did, and to sell it, it was staged. Sorry that I can't help you with that.
