North Arlington Residence
do you live in and what are the sun requirements? Morning sun , afternoon shade?
The little low bushes between the beautiful hydrangeas and walkway provide a nice buffer. It's nice that they grow in the shade too. Are they evergreen? Could you please provide the name? I like the look
I've never seen white!! I have some hydrangea's, but the typical shades of pink/purple. I've been told that I can alter the color by adding 'acid' such as a penny or nails to the surrounding soil. Did you buy them as white
dentonds, I think you're right. I just looked them up. We're need nice, evergreen shrub to create a low hedge that extends from full sun to nearly full shade. And, it's on a slope so will be on the drier side. Mainly, it's to define the edge of the lawn and to shore up the slope.

Neutrals with texture, blue and red. Grass cloth wallpaper and burlap shades add texture and warmth, helping a redbrick fireplace settle into the space. Wood furniture close to the darkest tones in the brick also helps. Larger

Sun Room
(that is how far do you want the valance to project from the wall). In standard rooms that is generally 4" but if you have to clear other things like shades or window hardware make sure you have enough clearance. In bigger rooms I like to do a 5" return so it doesn't look skimpy. Then you buy a board
you can to mount it closer to the ceiling so the windows look taller. Valances should cover any blinds or shades you may want to add underneath. You do not need to spend a lot on the blind or shade underneath your valance, because it won't show when not in use.
the winter sun and glistening snow. For even more light, don't cover up the windows. A minimal covering, such as a valance, will hide any blinds or shades. This palette is a great choice for a small space as it keeps the look bright and open.
