sustainable design has to look like it? Designed to emulate the owner’s favorite country club, this fine estate home blends in with the natural surroundings of it’s hillside perch, and is so intoxicatingly beautiful, one hardly notices its numerous energy saving and green features.

i would like to know how you would charge for the floor plans of this "hobbit house", i am looking at building here in Australia on a very big acreage and this house would suit it very well... is it possible to get the floor plans, i have the pictures here and saved it to my favourites
Where can I buy this hobbit style window?
Can i see the inside of the house ilove your design
Glad you like the photo. This could be a great idea for a kitchen space. For this cottage it overlooks a small reading nook. We call this the butterfly window. It was custom designed by Archer & Buchanan to hinge from the center
long bay window that enhances the engagement of the inside space to the view. A cupola above the center of the roof brings light deep into the interior of the house.
casings and windows are also fir? What type of hardwood was used? I'm trying to find a hardwood to go with my fir casings/windows. Currently think of rift sawn white oak. Thanks.
Who is the manufacturer of these windows?
The windows and the casings are fir. The floor is cherry.
