I like how much room there is and the big fence. Also are of the stalls they have.
don't want horses so I don't need stalls. Yet it is intriguing to see if architecturally this outside would fit our designs for the inside.

stone? how is the deck over the water supporting the weight of the stones and tree framing structure. Really fascinating to try to figure out how you do all this- Extraordinary talent and vision. Must have been a special experience to visionize this and have it appear as amazingly as you did.

idea for horses and cattle for many years, and recently added a dog waterer to their products. We have horses and the waterers have lasted over 10 years outdoors. The stainless steel bowls are under a lipped cover that releases easily for cleaning. I haven't seen the dog waterers in action, but we rinse

I'm also building a custom home in Chester Co. PA and have been at it for several years with zoning, subdividing, architectural design, etc. We are slated to break ground in August. I would love to know, assuming the size of this house is 8000 sq. ft. given all three levels, what the approximate price
renderings and build plans. So I can give them to our contractor and build it for free. ; )
Like how spread out it is.
I love how this (new) house looks just enough like an old Pennsylvania barn (which also allows for very modern interiors while still managing to fit the landscape reasonably).
The building includes materials made of recycled content; it also has a superinsulated and tight envelope, cisterns, solar panels, geothermal heating and cooling systems, passive ventilation and reclaimed barn wood. “The house isn’t quite net zero,” Moger says, “but it’s darn close.”
