looks like a Cosmus Granite or a Saturnia Granite.

Wondering how much upkeep the cork floor will require.
really want cork in a bathroom, basement or laundry area, it’s worth consulting with a pro about how to ward off water leakage and infiltration.
What to consider
Although cork is durable, be prepared to put in some maintenance. Crumbs, dirt and other detritus can scar its surface over time, so don’t go

How did you affix the cork to the wall? Is this just an accent wall? If so, what did you use on the others

The wall is covered with cork tiles. Great idea!
Thanks for your question. The curtain fabric is by Schumacher (available to the trade) and the patter is Chevron. Good
What a great use of old wine corks! How did you do this. I have been collecting for a long time and would love to do this.
Where can I buy these? Is there an instructional way to put these corks together or are they just glued? Thank you in advance!
you use to keep them together. Heavy duty hot glue???
thank you so much I am off to plug in the glue gun:)
Thanks, Becky. If you make one, don't let anyone try to convince you that you have to seal the corks. http://www.craftynest.com/2010/03/sealing-wine-corks-test/
Hi, This is a DIY project:
Monica Ewing shows how to make
the wine cork mat. Please see this post: http://www.craftynest.com/2010/03/sealing-wine-corks-test/ That should answer your question. As for hair or dirt, use a vacuum attachment to vacuum it off every once in a while.

I just want to know if "Real People" live in this home and use this kitchen
this??? A real kitchen has cooking residue that would attache to all the "decorative" elements and especially the odd placed books! Please give us some Real people spaces!!!!
Hm, I'm afraid I don't have a record of their finish name. But a good rule of thumb
hood does a great job with stovetop vapors, despite being in the island (harder to contain fumes than when against a wall), and doing a fair amount of frying in oil. trying to find the value of this Habersham cabinet. any ideas?
I have been searching and searching for my grandparents. I can't believe I came across this picture! They have that same Habersham cabinet and are downsizing and would like to sell it, but we have no idea of the current value. Do you
happen to know the style name or where I could find out any information about it?
Is that desk from West Elm? And where did you find the massive cork board?
I love the vision board. I am making my own, and would like to know how this one is made
Absolutely! Just pay attention to your scale. The chevron pattern on the bed is large scale pattern, the pillows are a medium scale, and the sheets are a small scale, which is why this look works. Good luck! xo
Yes, the desk is from West Elm and the bulletin board came from Home
oversized board. Homasote is a great product to use and you can wrap it in the fabric of your choice and add wood framing around the edges to up the ante. Search the web then hit your local Home Depot or Lowe's building department for supplies. Good luck!
Hello! I'm from Uruguay!
The walls are covered in part with cork? Thanks!
How did you get this look?
added a link that will take you to the specific information on the wallcovering. It is a mica wallcovering from Phillip Jeffries and we used it in this room with the idea that it could be used as a "light use" cork board. The two painted areas on the wall used magnetic paint so that they could be used
