Houzz is the new way to design your home.
for patio - like the large concrete squares; for face of retaining wall between grass and back area, like this stone (not so brown though), shape and texture; also like the use of pebbles (if appropriate anywhere knowing we have 3 young kids)
for patio - like these large concrete (acid or sand washed) squares
for planters in very back of yard - like the rusted steel planters; this pic was Ted's inspiration for the more natural back part of the yard. these large squares with dirt/gravel in between them with the fire pit, seating and planters
like the stone tiles, what is the material?
large square tiles
like the concrete, do not want the different sizes, not sure how we would use the different colors, but I really like something about this concrete
for patio - like hte big colored concrete squares
large separate tiles for back of backyard, ask Ted about larger center tile for fire pit and seating maybe?
large separate tiles for back of backyard with fire pit. style of fire pit?
Erin to ask Ted about fire pit
I like these tiles, not sure what stone this is?
Ted likes this fire pit, Erin to ask him about table next to it (too long, do we need at all?)
I like this water feature
Interesting. What is purpose and can it easily be turned off/on?
Hmmm, not sure I like the entire grass yard looking like it is in a giant container. But like the metal of course.
Don't like this exactly but we discussed collecting rain water (would like to incorporate into backyard). Also want 2 raised beds (one for vegetables and one for flowers), need to determine location and size. Do they go against back wall like this?
is this about the height of the grass lawn? don't need the fountains, but like a lot about this look.
same as last pic just closer to grass lawn
3rd pic from same yard
