When it comes to bathrooms, Houzz users want spaces where they can relax. Whether it's a Zen, Asian-inspired bathroom, a dark and cozy powder room, or a traditional and girly master bathroom, users saved to their ideabooks spaces that evoked serenity and calm. High-end materials were a must, with marble and limestone popping up in almost every popular bathroom. And like most rooms this year, gray was a big favorite in bathrooms. Designers played with colder and warmer hues to distinguish clients' bathrooms from the usual all-white spaces.

1. The small strips of marble tile on the shower wall add visual interest to this otherwise simple bathroom design. Users loved the creamy beige paint on the walls, and the designer's choice to keep the ceiling white.

Homeworks of Alabama, Inc Favorite ='s #1 Love, love, love the way the glass shower enclosure is so perfect w/the space. This entire bathroom is perfection. #8 is my 2nd favorite. I can't stop looking at the lighting in this room (natural and placed), from the natural light, to the colors, to the calmness/class of this space, it makes me want to stare.
